I have a blog on blogger.com, and I really dont' understand how it's possibe to create new links !!! Fo example, I created a Cook column, and I would like to post some recipies in cook ... could you help me ?

You need to modify such things in your template. If I understood you correctly.
Right, go into your Template section, hit CTRL+F. That'll pop up the search box so you can easily search for: lass="sidebar-title">Links That should take you to your links section. Then just edit the 2 default's that are there. Whcih i think are Google News and Google.com
If you want to make more, select the default, copy it, hit enter so you move down a line, paste it, and edit the info to what you want.
