I need help creating an RSS. How is this done?

An rss feed is just a specific xml format, so it is - in a way - very easy to create. You just need to open someone else's rss feed, and there you can see how it is...

But to tell you more specifically you'd need to tell us some more. Like where does your data come from? Which script types can you run at your server? It is all about "what you have now", since that would make it much easier to help you.
