Hello. Can someone please tell me exactly how i can transfer an image, such as a logo, from a website to my blog on another site.
Can't seem to cut and paste it. I have transfered one to my computer ok by that method.

Thanks.
You should always copy them to your own computer and then upload it to your own host.

It is not good to link to pictures hosted by others, since you abuse their bandwidth, and they are able to change the picture, so something else shows on your pages.

Remember to make sure that you are allowed to use the pictures.

I totally agree, but I upload my photos to PhotoBucket, it is free, but ofcourse it has bandwidth limitations (2.5 GB/mo!!) and you can upload up to 50 migs of photos.

Ofcourse there are tons of image hosting sites out there.. but I just use this one..

HTH...

Cheers,
Dmondark
But let's say most of those image hosting sites aren't worth a ****?

I also use Photobucket, since I don't upload my whole computer up there per month...but then, I have so little images in my computer it's not funny...Hope you get what I mean.
Thanks to each of you for the advice.
I have permission to transfer the image.
