I'd say that your menu links are a bit too small. Also your design could maybe be better with a little more color.
I would recommend that you change your adsense layout to have a white border so it will match your background color. That would hopefully increase the CTR and thereby your earnings.
Your content seems good, but it's not really a topic of my interest, so I have a hard time judging it.
