True Blogging Forum

I have a question.

I have been a lazy blogger for a while now, i wont even bother to share the links with you as they are no interest to anyone.

I am spending 12 months in Chile from July 2006 - I have been stuck in the UK for the last 28 years!

I want to keep a good blog, using photos and maybe small vids from my digital camera - but it will be mostly text.

My problem is, I will be using my laptop to write my blog, I am aware that there are offline programs to write your blog, then just hop online to upload... which will be cool if i can afford internet access from my home, i may not be able to access the internet from home if i am in some share accom tho...

so what i am thinking is - -- - - i would like a program that would allow me to complie my blog from home, then copy a file to a CDR/USB stick and uload from a cyber cafe...

is there anything that allows me to do this

Hmm, interesting case / idea.. Sad to say that I don't know any solutions that do exactly that.
