True Blogging Forum

Hello all,

I have been asked to install some sort of customizable blog software on a site. They are after something similar to the functionality on this site http://www.urbanpath.com/london/british/canteen.htm - where a restaurant/bar is displayed and the user has an option to add a comment and a rating - but has to be logged in first.

Anyone know of any blog software capable of this (free or license) ? I'm not sure if is possible as I don't know a lot about blogging etc yet.

Well, if you install wordpress and a rating plugin - I know such one exist. Then you would have something like it, but I'm not sure a blog system is the right thing for such a website.
